Delete your Buzmate account

Buzmate is provided by Logispark Ventures Inc. You can delete your account and its data at any time, in either of these ways.

Option 1 — in the app (immediate)

1. Open the Buzmate app (Android or app.thebuzmate.com) and log in.
2. Go to Settings and tap Delete Account at the bottom.
3. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete Everything.

Option 2 — by email

Email [email protected] from the email address you use with Buzmate, or include the phone number you log in with, and ask us to delete your account. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account, login and business profile
• Customers, leads, calendar jobs, invoices, expenses, staff and messages
• Your AI receptionist and its Buzmate phone number (the number is released)
• Connected Google/Outlook calendar access (revoked)
• Any active subscription is cancelled immediately — no further charges

What is kept, and for how long

• Billing and payment records (invoices and transaction history held by us and our payment processor, Stripe) are kept for up to 7 years, as required by Canadian tax law.
• Call usage logs (the date and length of each call, used to bill call minutes) are kept with the billing records above.
• Call transcripts are stored by our voice-AI provider; you can ask us to delete them by email. Call audio is never recorded.
