This Privacy Policy describes how Logispark Ventures Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation provincially incorporated in New Brunswick, Canada, collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use the Buzmate platform and related services (the "Service"). This policy is intended to comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
As part of operating the Service, we process personal information about your customers (callers) on your behalf — names, phone numbers, addresses, and appointment details. You are the data controller for your customers' information; Logispark Ventures Inc. acts as a data processor for this data. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authority to share this information with us and to communicate with your customers via the Service.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your customer data to train AI models beyond what is necessary to operate the real-time voice pipeline on your calls.
We use the following third-party service providers to operate the Service. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Database and authentication infrastructure. Stores your account data, leads, invoices, and settings. Data is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the US or EU regions depending on your configuration.
Telephony and SMS services. Provisions your dedicated phone number, handles call routing, and delivers SMS messages to your customers. Call metadata and SMS content are processed by Twilio.
Real-time voice AI orchestration. Manages the AI call answering pipeline — connecting speech-to-text, the language model, and text-to-speech in real time. Call audio is routed through Vapi's infrastructure.
AI voice synthesis. Generates the natural-sounding voice for AI receptionist personas. Text to be spoken is sent to ElevenLabs and the audio is returned in real time during calls.
Speech-to-text transcription. Converts caller speech to text in real time during AI-answered calls. Audio is processed by Deepgram and the resulting transcript is used to generate the AI's response.
Optional two-way calendar sync — only active if you choose to connect a Google or Microsoft account in Settings. When connected, we create, update, and delete appointment events on your calendar, and read your existing events to avoid double-booking. You may disconnect at any time from Settings.
We retain your account data and business settings for as long as your account is active. Lead records, invoices, and customer data are retained within the Service for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter, unless you request deletion. If your account is cancelled or terminated, we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
Some of our third-party service providers process data outside of Canada, including in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to jurisdictions outside of Canada, which may have different data protection laws. We require our service providers to maintain appropriate safeguards for personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
