These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Logispark Ventures Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation provincially incorporated in New Brunswick, Canada, operating the Buzmate software platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking "I agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Buzmate is a subscription-based SaaS platform that provides AI-powered call answering, lead capture, appointment scheduling, invoicing, expense tracking, analytics, and related CRM tools designed for independent tradespeople and small home-service businesses. The Service includes a mobile application (iOS and Android), a web dashboard, and third-party integrations.
To use the Service you must create an account using a valid phone number, verified by a one-time SMS code — there is no password. You are responsible for maintaining control of your registered phone number and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use this Service.

Plan features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
New accounts on the Basic CRM plan receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. The Agent, AI Pro, and Business plans are billed immediately upon subscribing and do not include a free trial. At the end of a trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Without a subscription, your account data may be permanently deleted.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through our billing provider. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Plans with an AI receptionist (Agent, AI Pro, Business) include a stated monthly AI call-minute allowance. Minutes consumed beyond that allowance are billed at $0.45/minute as an additional line item on your next regular invoice, not as a separate charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
The AI receptionist feature uses third-party voice AI infrastructure to answer calls on your behalf. You acknowledge that:
You must ensure that callers are notified they may be speaking with or recorded by an automated system, as required by applicable law.
Outbound AI calling (AI Pro plan). On the AI Pro plan, the AI receptionist can also place automated outbound calls to your leads and customers — for example, calling back a lead who didn't book, or reminding a customer that a recurring service is due. Outbound calls to your own customers are subject to telemarketing and do-not-call laws separate from call-recording consent, including Canada's Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules and National DNC List (CRTC) and the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act where applicable. You are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to call each customer and for honouring any request not to be contacted. A per-customer "do not auto-call" control is available in the app but does not by itself satisfy these legal obligations.
The Service may send SMS messages to your customers on your behalf (appointment confirmations, reminders, marketing). You are responsible for ensuring you have obtained the necessary consents from your customers to receive such messages in compliance with CASL and applicable telecommunications regulations.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, branding, and content, belong to Logispark Ventures Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
You retain ownership of your business data (leads, invoices, customer records) entered into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LOGISPARK VENTURES INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOGISPARK VENTURES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logispark Ventures Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, retain your data for a limited period after termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Brunswick, Canada.
